These terms explain the simple rules for exploring HEAVEN, a parody map of entirely fictional celestial plots.

1. What HEAVEN is
HEAVEN is an entertainment and parody internet project. Every district, plot, deed, value, location and ownership label shown here is fictional. Nothing on this site sells or promises land, access, status, spiritual benefit, religious recognition, afterlife rights or any other real-world interest.
2. Claim applications and preview pricing
You may submit a claim application for moderation, but submission does not complete a purchase, reserve a plot, charge a payment method or guarantee approval. A displayed price or “next claim” amount is illustrative interface data, not a binding offer. Approved demo placements may appear on the map without creating real-world ownership.
3. Using the site
You may browse and share public plot pages for lawful, personal or commercial viewing. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that degrades service, impersonate another person, or use the project to mislead anyone about real property or spiritual rights.
4. Names, marks and links
Demo owners and monograms are fictional examples. When you submit a claim, you must have permission to provide its name, logo, image, copy and website link. You grant us permission to review, resize and display approved submission materials within the project. We may reject or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, unsafe or inconsistent with the project.
5. External websites
Owner links lead to websites operated by others. HEAVEN does not control or endorse their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Visit external sites at your own discretion.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, pause or end features and correct map, availability, ownership or pricing display errors. To the extent permitted by law, HEAVEN is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this preview.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the project develops. A new effective date will appear above. Questions can be sent to the contact address published by the project operator when the public service launches.
