Fictional collectible & refund policy

A plot is a visible placement inside an internet artwork—not land, a security, an NFT or a promise about the afterlife.

Each purchase is a sponsored display—not property.

Initial content review takes place before checkout. Whop then processes a one-time payment for the exact approved price; a verified successful payment makes the placement visible until it is displaced or removed under the terms.

1. What a fictional plot represents

A plot is a designated visual area on the HEAVEN map that may display a name, original mark and outbound website link. Any “owner,” “estate,” “deed,” “value” or “claim” language belongs to the project’s fictional theme and does not create legal title or exclusive rights outside the site.

2. Not an investment

Plots are not securities, financial products, blockchain assets or NFTs. Do not purchase a placement expecting profit, resale proceeds, guaranteed traffic, SEO value or permanent availability.

3. The price ladder

Every plot starts at USD $1. Each verified successful purchase advances only that plot to its next rounded minimum price. The early ladder begins at $1, $2, $3, $5, $7 and $10; larger prices use magnitude-based round steps. The server calculates and locks the amount, so buyers cannot submit an arbitrary lower price. A later purchase can replace the current sponsored placement.

From $100 through $1,000, the rounded minimums are $100, $110, $120, $130, $140, $150, $160, $170, $180, $190, $200, $210, $220, $230, $240, $250, $260, $270, $280, $290, $300, $310, $320, $400, $500, $600, $700, $800, $900 and $1,000. Every plot keeps its own ladder; activity on one plot never changes another plot’s price.

4. Content moderation

A placement may be rejected or removed if its content violates the terms, infringes rights, contains unsafe destinations or misrepresents the fictional nature of the project. Initial moderation happens before checkout, so rejected applications are not charged.

5. No spiritual claim

A HEAVEN plot has no validity after death, religious meaning, blessing, divine approval or effect on any faith, belief or spiritual outcome. The project is an internet parody presented with respect for those beliefs.
